“The Ozark Witch stems out of me trying to plug holes in my head. Unfortunately the plugs consist of noise, drone and found sounds”

The Ozark Witch was started in 2011 by Robin Mc Donald from Pretoria, South Africa with the sole purpose of filling in stop gabs between his other band's (The Ocean Doesn't Want Me) writing, gigging and recording.

The musical medium chosen falls within the ambit of noise and drone. The concept and medium chosen reflect Kerouac, Kafka, Vonnegut and Camus.
